Vero Beach, FL – Ancilla College scored four runs in the sixth inning to break a 2-2 tie and propel them to a 6-2 victory Tuesday over Hagerstown Community College.
Bryce Huntley and Austynn Nevitt each had two RBI and Marshall Furner scored twice to lead the Chargers rally. Furner also had the games only double.
Nevitt picked up the win going the distance with five strikeouts and giving up five hits. He recorded his first win of the year.
Ancilla moves to 1-2 on the trip.
