ALCINDOR HELPS CHARGERS PAST LANSING

Plymouth, IN -- Assistant coach Mack Mercer guided the Ancilla Chargers to their 11 win of the season, a 94-86 win over Lansing Community College Saturday afternoon. Mercer took over for head coach Brian Pearison, who became ill during the morning shoot around and was not available to coach.

Despite a one-point deficit at halftime, Mercer had the team playing well. Josh Alcindor led Ancilla (11-3, 5-1) with 20 points, with Cortney Shorter scoring 15. Austin Pearison helped the Chargers out with 15 second half points. Isiah James had 14 rebounds.
