BRUINS HANDLE CHARGERS FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS SEASON

 Battle Creek, MI – Kellogg Community College beat Ancilla College (19-7, 13-5) for the second time this season, downing the visiting Chargers 86-81 Wednesday night in the final regular season Michigan Community College Athletic Association game for both teams. 

  

   Rico Swanson, Jr. led Ancilla with 17 points, with Mike Hemingway adding 14.  Isiah James and Shak Johnson each scored 11, with James also grabbing 11 rebounds.

   Ancilla will host a first round regional game next Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the LifePlex.  The opponent will be known on Thursday.
