The MU Ancilla Chargers Women's Bowling team recently concluded their MCCAA tournament season and saw two bowlers earn All-MCCAA Western Conference awards. Jasmine Huff (SO - Lapaz, IN) earned All-MCCAA Western Conference recognition for the 2022-23 season. Jasmine finished her season as the 3rd ranked bowler in the MCCAA Western Conference with an average of 172.8 per game. She trailed only Kathryn McArthur and Alexis Beach of Jackson CC.
Jasmine finished her season on a hot streak to lead her to the 3rd place ranking in the MCCAA. On January 27th, Jasmine earned the high score of the tournament with a 207. She followed that up on February 4th where she had her high individual game of the season with 213 and a high 3-game series of 596. Jasmine also had a finish of 6th place at the Region Tournament which has qualified her for the NJCAA National Tournament which will take place on March 2nd-4th in Cheektowaga, NY.
Jasmine's strong season helped the MU Ancilla Women's Bowling Team finish in 2nd place in the overall team season standings with 99 points. Jackson CC was the overall winner with 125 points.
