Plymouth, IN – Both teams had trouble finding the basket in the first half and Mid Michigan College would not go quietly into the night once Ancilla built a 17-point lead midway through the second half. The Chargers held on for a 78-72 victory in their final home regular season game. They will host a NJCAA 12 Regional next Tuesday.  More information on that when it is available.

  The win secured second place in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association West Division for the Chargers (19-6, 13-4) who still have a conference road game on Wednesday against Kellogg Community College, a team that beat them in Plymouth about a month ago. That game tips at 5:30 p.m for the men.

  Sophomore Isiah James led the Chargers with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Freshman Cortney Shorter scored 18 and Josh Alcindor finished with 12 in his final regular season game at the LifePlex.
