Brandon officially joined the staff at Marian University Ancilla in August of 2023 and is currently serving the MUAC Chargers in the capacities of Sports Information Director and Associate Head Coach for women's basketball. Over a 28-year career in athletics, he brings with him a wealth of experience in athletics as a coach, as a scout/talent evaluator, and as a writer/publisher, with a primary focus in basketball.

Most recently, Brandon spent the past two seasons as the Varsity Head Coach for girls' basketball at Kankakee Valley High School, helping the Kougars to a combined 32-16 record in his two years at KVHS. In 13 seasons as a Varsity Head Coach, his teams amassed 148 victories, with the best season coming in 2016-2017 at Whitko High School, where the Wildcats posted a 21-5 record and were ranked #1 in the state in Class 2A for nearly half of the season. Brandon has also seen several of his former high school players move on to college basketball at all levels.

Prior to the 2010-2011 season, Brandon spent his time on the boys' side as a high school assistant, a middle school head coach, and a grassroots head coach. During that time, he enjoyed a perfect season as an 8th Grade boys' Head Coach in 2008-2009, and his grassroots teams won National Championships on three different occasions. Additionally, most of his former players went on to play college basketball at all levels, a few continued into the professional ranks in the NBA's G-League and in Europe, and a couple of guys have even played in the National Football League.

In addition to working at Marian University Ancilla, Brandon also publishes Scouting Indiana and is a Senior Editor for Prep Girls Hoops Indiana. Scouting Indiana is a private recruiting service for women's basketball recruits whose clientele is strictly college coaches, while PGH Indiana is part of a public online network with coverage of girls' high school basketball and recruiting in 35 markets (40 states) around the country. Through both, he has built countless relationships with college coaches that can potentially better help our athletes at MUAC get to 4-year schools, should they choose to continue playing following their time with the Chargers.

Brandon is also an executive board member for the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA). His duties for the IBCA include publishing the in-season Player of the Week program, plus he chairs the Indiana Junior All-Star committee for both boys' and girls' basketball.

Brandon is a 1994 graduate of Pike High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, and he attended the University of Louisville and IUPUI.
