MEMPHIS, TN – Mike Wickliff, a transfer from The University of Tennessee at Martin, recently signed his Letter of Intent to play men's basketball at Ancilla College starting next fall.
The 6'5" wing earned four varsity letters at Cordova High School and continued his education and athletic career at The University of Tennessee at Martin for one year before making the decision to become a Charger.
In addition to his basketball talents, Wickliff excels in the classroom and has been on the Honor Roll for several years.
Wickliff had this to say about his decision, "I feel like Ancilla is a great opportunity for me, so I can succeed academically and athletically."
"Mike is a great kid who gives us a lot of versatility. He is a great defender with a diverse skill set on the offensive end. Mike is also a great leader who is a standout in the classroom and on the court," commented Charger coach Aaron Butcher.
Mike is the son of Mary Trice and will study Exercise Science during his time at Ancilla.
