The Marian University Ancilla men's basketball team completed a 4-day weekend with their fourth win in four consecutive days, defeating Indiana Tech's Junior Varsity squad, 73-57. The Chargers have now evened their season record at 5-5, with four more games still remaining before the semester break.

Sunday, the Chargers got strong play from Sophomore wing Ben Jones and Freshman forward Jayden Sanders. Both players posted double-doubles in the win. Jones was 9-13 from the field, scoring 20 points, pulling down 10 rebounds, and handing out 6 assists. Sanders was nearly as efficient, knocking down 9-14 shots from the floor, scoring 21 points, and snagging 10 caroms of his own.

The Chargers return to action this Thursday, as they travel to Palatine, Illinois, to face Harper College in the home-and-home rematch. MUAC won the first encounter, 65-52, at home on November 14th. The men's basketball team then finishes the first semester with three consecutive home contests on December 9th, December 16th, and December 18th.
