As with the women's team, the Marian University Ancilla men's basketball team concluded their season Tuesday evening with a road loss at Kellogg Community College, 93-72. Despite taking care of the ball much better (11 turnovers), the Chargers were out-rebounded by 11 and didn't get many second chance opportunities, plus the Bruins shot a sizzling 58.2% from the field.

Sophomore Ben Jones posted a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double in his final game in navy & gold. Freshman guard Bryan Rush (12 points) and Sophomore guard DeAndre Coleman (11 points) joined Jones in double figures, while Freshman forward Jayden Sanders had 9 points and 6 rebounds up front.

Head Coach Jeremy Herring looked back on the season with the following thoughts, "Despite our overall record, I felt like we made several improvements over last season. The conference as a whole was much more competitive, and even in the games we lost, we had some strong stretches of play. We will definitely miss our Sophomores as they head off to their next destinations, but we are excited about our returnees, and we are starting to put together a nice 2024 recruiting class."

Kellogg placed four players in double digits, with James Moore leading the way with 15 points. Brandon Moore (12 points), Tyreese Gardner (11 points), Jakeem Cole (11 points), and Ke'Marion Tucker (10 points) were the other four. Sam Hoskin was the top Bruin rebounder with 7 caroms collected.
