
Plymouth – Ancilla College took the lead briefly in the fourth quarter, but could not hold on as Mid Michigan College beat the Lady Chargers 67-66 on Sophomore Night.
Three sophomore led the way in scoring for Ancilla (14-12, 8-9). Cierra Spearman had a team-high 20 points, with Talia Bee scoring 19 and Emily Richard finished with 12. Sophomore Jaela Meister had nine rebounds despite sitting with foul trouble for most of the first half.
Ancilla travel to play Kellogg Community College on Wednesday in a 7:30 p.m. match-up. It is the final regular season game before they start Regional play next week.
