Plymouth, IN – Tonia Horston-Smith found her range in the second half as Ancilla College fought back from a 13-point halftime deficit to beat Schoolcraft 69-59 Friday night at the LifePlex.
Horston-Smith scored a game-high 31 points scoring from all over the court. She had four three-point baskets and seven free throws. Alaya Chapman added 14 points and 15 rebounds, while Destiny Allen pushed through 10 points and collected 10 rebounds, her first double-double of the year.
The Lady Charger defense caused 21 second half turnovers.
Ancilla will host Muskegon Community College on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
