Ancilla Bowlers Place Fourth in Home Match

     Plymouth -- Ancilla College hosted the Ancilla Bowling Invitational Friday at Quick Lanes.  Jackson College won both the men's and women's events in the five team field. Ancilla did not have a full team to compete in the team competition as they only have three men and four women on the squad this year. The teams bowled a 38' oil pattern.

    Mickayla Huff led Ancilla with a three-game series of 492, followed by Sydney Anderson 476, Kasey Sangster 429 and Katy Ford at 422.  Jackson also won the women's event with a 3,956 series, with Ancilla finishing fourth in 3,065 with only four bowlers.

   On the men's side, Taylor Haines led the Ancilla men with a three-game series of 566. Jacob Lewis was at 537 and Logan Hahn posted a 504.  Jackson won the event with a team high 4,186, with Ancilla finishing fourth at 3,060.

   Ancilla will participate in the Great Lakes Classic in Muskegon next week.
