Women's Soccer Loses Tough One at Lake Michigan

The Chargers took to the road Saturday for their second away tilt of the week, falling at Lake Michigan College, 4-0. Despite the loss, Freshman goalie Sophie Willey posted 15 saves, again fending off several more attempts on goal. The Chargers continue to battle through injuries, with several players unfortunately playing out of position. Still, though, four MUAC ladies were able to get shots on goal: Sophomores Audrey Schmidt and Myah Donovan, plus Freshmen Melania Granger and Catelyn Naragon.

The Chargers have just two regular season matches remaining, both at home, and both this coming week. Wednesday, October 18th (11:00 a.m.), the ladies host St. Clair County Community College, then Saturday, October 21st (1:00 p.m.), they welcome Jackson College to campus. Please come out and support the Chargers!
