Plymouth – Ancilla College lost to Grand Valley Community College 25-13, 25-19 and 25-16 Friday night in a Michigan Community College Athletic Association contest at the LifePlex.

     The Lady Chargers took a 7-3 lead in the first set before Grand Rapids shook off the bus ride. Freshman Karly Unruh had 12 kills for the Lady Chargers, while Alexa Kilmartin posted 18 assists.  Unruh and Gabby Thomas each had nine digs and Halie Ebersol collected three serving aces.

     Ancilla travels to Benton Harbor, MI on Saturday to face Lake Michigan College and Henry Ford Community College in a three-way match.
