Freshman Year (2023-24): De'Mour put together a tremendous rookie season for the Charger Women's Basketball team, though it was cut short by a knee injury on January 29th. Through 17 games, however, De'Mour was 2nd in the country in NJCAA Division-II in scoring at 24.2 points per game, as well as 5th in the country in NJCAA Division-II in rebounding at 13.1 rebounds per game. She earned All-MCCAA Women's Basketball Team honors (all divisions), plus she was named to the MCCAA All-Western Conference Team and the MCCAA Western Conference All-Freshman Team. De'Mour also won the MCCAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week Award on three occasions. In addition to scoring and rebounding, De'Mour led the Chargers in minutes per game (37.2), steals per game (2.1), and blocked shots per game (1.2), and she was second on the team in assists per game (2.9). She had season highs of 37 points (11/11 vs. Henry Ford), 11 offensive rebounds (12/5 at Henry Ford), 20 total rebounds (12/16 at Oakland), 7 assists (11/11 vs. Henry Ford), 7 steals (11/6 at Grace), and 4 blocked shots (11/1 at Clark State).

High School: De'Mour is a 2022 graduate of Elkhart High School in Elkhart, Indiana, and she was a 4-year letter-winner in basketball. She actually spent her Freshman and Sophomore seasons at Elkhart Memorial High School, before there was consolidation. As a Freshman (2018-19) she was an NLC (Northern Lakes Conference) Honorable Mention All-Conference selection, averaging 9.1 points and 7.9 rebounds per game. As a Sophomore (2019-20) De'Mour earned 1st Team All-NLC honors, averaging 11.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 1.9 blocked shots per game. As a Junior (2020-21) at Elkhart High School, she collected 1st Team honors in the NIC (Northern Indiana Conference), averaging 13.9 points, 13.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. Additionally that year, she was an IBCA (Indiana Basketball Coaches Association) All-State Honorable Mention Selection, an IBCA Top-100 Showcase participant, and an ICGSA (Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association) 2nd Team All-State Selection. As a Senior (2021-22), De'Mour was an ICGSA 2nd Team All-State choice for the second consecutive year, averaging 11.9 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 2.7 steals per game. De'Mour even spent her first two years of high school participating on the Memorial football team as a wide receiver, tight end, and safety.

Personal: De'Mour is the daughter of DeeDee Burke and DeAndre Watson, and she has one older sister, three younger brothers, and five younger sisters. De'Mour is second generation Belizean-American, with her maternal grandparents moving to the United States from Belize City, Belize. De'Mour is majoring in Writing and Communication.
